Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw, also known as Elizabeth Alice MacGraw, is an American writer and designer who has won numerous awards for her work. She advocates animal rights. Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus '69 and The Getaway 72 are among her most acclaimed films. New York was her home and she was brought up in an environment that was artistic. While working as assistant to photographers She turned her focus to acting and modeling. The first two films she made were noticed, and she was awarded the Golden Globe Award of Most promising newcomer. MacGraw became a household name in the year 1970 following her hit movie Love Story. She was selected for one of the Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. Within just three short films MacGraw became the most popular female box office actress across the globe. Her footprints, handwritten in 1972 and signatures were recorded at Grauman's Chinese Theater. She was a part of several other movies, including The Getaway Convoy Players and the miniseries on TV The Winds of War among many others. Moving Pictures, a 1991 autobiography by her, was released. MacGraw is married three times.
