Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer of Learning Ally, responsible for managing the entire aspect of our People, Talent, and Culture processes. Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of knowledge on the table. She's worked alongside leaders across a variety of industries to help them grow their businesses, particularly during times of rapid development. Annmarie has been a thought partner helping to implement business and people-related strategies into corporate goals and strategic plans by utilizing organizational and performance management, employee engagement, and managing change. She enjoys learning and believes that the development of leaders as well as teams as the greatest competitive advantage. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies as well as mid-sized companies has enabled in creating cultures of learning and innovation which positively affect teams as well as individuals. Annmarie has been driven to volunteer her skills and energy to help support Learning Ally's mission. When she has time off she provides assistance for a variety of non-profit organizations. As part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has devoted her time and talents in support of Learning Ally's work.
